world cup's over. glad the italians got the trophy. glad that germany got at least the 3rd place too. oh man, and we will remember Zidane's red card. i'm gonna miss hanging over til late at san ee's place watching soccer with everyone. i will miss the soccer watching and the cheering, but not the late night munchies. eew! unhealthy lifestyle... i should start going to sleep early now too. and do some swimming and running. fine.

post world cup. i've been trying to play an old game. well, it is old, date of release september of 2002. but it's one of those good adventure games. name,
Syberia. it's sequel
Syberia II came out in 2004, and seems like the ratings aren't as good as the first one. personally, i think Syberia's kinda boring in a way that very little things happen. there's no combat, no bad guys, no boogies, only wierd robots and mechanisms that do create abit of freakiness in the beginning. it's quite a gloomy game, it has a cloudy damp setting. a town called
valadilene, somewhere in
europe they say, and that's where i only managed to play up till. i couldn't continue due to some problems with either my computer drivers or the game cd. sad.
whole of last week i was kinda worried my special sem exam paper was missing, cuz i waited and waited for the results to be out but it wasn't out until the end of the week! i really don't have a very good impression of our school's administration. there always seem to be errors and misunderstandings. so anyway i was quite glad i got what grade i had. i thought with such a small class, i'm not going to be getting anything above C. they really don't make grading transparent. we have no idea what's the standard like. so everybody has to try out-do each other to stay safe. it's really a sad thing i can't take back my drawings from the marker. think about it, it's probably thrown away or worse, being fed through the paper shredder! for recycling purposes. (faints) oh well...
oh yes, there was a small gathering on tuesday with only 7 people who managed to come. (christopher, wilfred, bernard and those below.) some of the others were overseas taking summer courses so couldn't be there, cool huh. yide and leonard were going to hong kong for holiday, that was since thursday, i can't remember if they're back. and peiru came! so happy to see her. it's been ages since we last hang out! turns out she's been taking some courses in america. having eating and chatting for a while in pepper lunch really stinks you up. go chow there and you'll know what i mean when you get a whiff of yourself after leaving that place. later, some of us caught that superman movie, very long show. this kinda long show, no please. lord of the rings kinda long show, alritey! heh...
